Science Week 2020
On Monday 9th November, we were delighted to participate in a Zoom science workshop with Sarah from 'Rediscovery Science'. We enjoyed making hoop aeroplanes and experimenting with acids and bases using a pH red cabbage indicator.
Pupils working on their iPads
We've been enjoying using 'Spellings for Me' on the ipads. Don't forget - you can log into spellings for me at home too!
We had great fun on our spooky stroll through the village on Friday.
An nail-biting game of football was played between third and fourth class on Thursday. Well done to all players!
We took inspiration from artist Paul Klee’s ‘Castle and Sun’ and drew these lovely abstract buildings.
We've been learning all about the Stone Age. Based on the Caves of Lascaux in France, the children used charcoal and chalk pastels to create their own cave painting. Before we began drawing, we used tea bags to create a 'cave like' background.
