Nóirín Sweeney (Chairperson)
Father O’Reilly (Patron Nominee/Chaplain)
John OSullivan (Principal)
Margaret Hennessy (Teacher Nominee)
Ger Kelly (Parent Nominee)
Lisa Comerford (Parent Nominee)
Deirdre Comerford (Community Nominee)
Michael O’Brien (Community Nominee)
Many thanks to all who put their names forward for election as Parents’ Nominee to the new BOM. It’s great to see so many of you interested in volunteering your time to help manage school business over the next 4 years. Congratulations to Ger Kelly and Lisa Comerford in that regard. We encourage all who weren’t successful in this election to continue to support the school in every way possible over the next 4 years.
It is likely that we will be forming Sub-Committees and Steering Groups for certain projects during that time and we welcome your opinion, expertise and dedication in such pursuits.
We also encourage all our parents to become involved with our Parents’ Association who do so much valuable (and often unseen) work on behalf of all our pupils.
Scoil Bhríde, Cluain na Slí has grown immeasurably over the past few years and whilst the BOM have the responsibility for officially managing all aspects of School Business,- it is imperative that we have an interested and active SBC family that will drive us forward with the times and help bring about continued improvement and a first class educational experience for all our children.
